UK DELIVERY
Delivery of UK orders is free of charge, there’s no minimum spend.
We also deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man/Wight, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands.
Orders are shipped and delivered on working days (occasionally your order may arrive on a Saturday, but that’s not guaranteed).
Where possible we’ll use letterbox-friendly packaging.
All deliveries are tracked and some may require a signature on delivery.
We mainly use Royal Mail and DPD couriers, but at times may rely on other courier services.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not offer shipping to countries outside the UK.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE?
CONFIRMATION E-MAIL: after placing your order online you will receive a confirmation email.
TRACKING NUMBER: we will share the delivery tracking number with you via e-mail, as soon as your order is dispatched.
DELIVERY TIME: note that orders are shipped and delivered on working days (occasionally your order may be delivered on a Saturday, depending on the courier we used). We aim to deliver your order within 5 business days.
ARRIVAL: Your order is tracked until it safely arrives at your door, ready to be enjoyed by you.
Please note that due to matters out of our control, processing may take a little longer in rare cases.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
We want to ensure you receive your products ASAP, so make sure you enter the correct shipping address and the contact name of the person who will be able to receive it at the time of purchase. This is your responsibility.
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at cassvensi@gmail.com. We may be able to update your address. If not we will have to follow our order cancellation policy and offer you the option to cancel the order and place a new one.
RETURN POLICY
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
We offer free, 30-day returns for all UK orders. We do not currently offer free returns outside the UK and will not cover any fees associated (including postage, taxes, customs fees) for returns from outside the UK.
In addition to your statutory legal rights, follow our return process to return your items and receive a full refund of the purchase price. You can return your items under the following conditions:
- Returned item is in unused, undamaged, in resalable condition and includes any packaging (including belly band, bag, gift box etc.). You can return the item within 30days of the delivery date.
- Items arrived damaged and/or faulty. You must inform us within 14 days of delivery if the item arrived damaged and/or faulty.
RETURN PROCESS
- ELIGBILITY: Check that your order is eligible for a refund. We can process the return if all of the below conditions are met:
- The item has been received by you in the last 30 days (excludes items that arrived damaged and faulty).
- The item has been unused, undamaged, is in resalable condition and includes all packaging (including belly band, bag, gift box etc.).
- The item is not being returned due to the following (as these are not acceptable return reasons):
- Normal wear and tear
- Failure to follow washing and care instructions
- Misuse, improper care
- Alteration or damage caused by trying to repair or use the item
- Minor imperfections
- Allergies or sensitivities to fabrics, materials or ingredients.
- Acts of God
- We only offer free returns from UK. We will not cover any costs associated with returns made from outside the UK.

- FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS: We will send to you further instructions with a return label.
- RETURN TIMELINE: You must return the item within 14 days of receiving the return label.
- CHECK: When your items are received at the warehouse, they will be checked and if approved, the refund will be issued.
- REFUND ISSUED: We’ll send you a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible on hello@cassvensi.net . If the item hasn’t already left the warehouse, we are normally able to cancel the order. If the order is already on its way to you, we will issue a full refund only once the item is back in the warehouse. We will try to issue a refund as soon as possible but please note it may take 10 business days to receive the refund (from the date the item was received back in the warehouse).
